Head gasket replacement question

Okay so I have a 95 Gst with a 6 bolt swap in it and the head gasket is blown, when I replace the head gasket, should i replace anything else?

all gaskets on the head should be replaced, and definitely replace all the timing components while you're at it.

Hell, while you're at it and the head is off...remove the cams... drop in some 3G lifters... pop off the valve springs.. replace the valve seals and polish the valves. ;D
