1G Having charging issues.....

So I recently took the turb manifold off my car to time cert an exhaust stud and when I went to restart the car the battery was dead. When i went to jump the car it took a long time to charge but did finally start. The voltage in link is showing 12.3 12.4v, the minute I put load on the system it drop below 12v. The alternator was replaced yesterday but that didnt make any difference. The only thing i cant confirm is the battery.... its about 2 years old and is a dry sell pc928 series battery. I do notice that even after running the battery is completely dead and doesnt seem to hold a xharge. The alternator feels hot to the touch....little concerning as its mounted in the back. Any ideas? These issues seem to have gotten worse over time...

The easiest answer is your turbo is too small. Next easiest is that your battery is dead.

I have a new turbo on the way actually.....xona rotor for my auto swap. Im tempted to swap battery to the rear and install a larger battery. These tiny batteries arent very good for the street

Im going to be pulling the motor out, Im going to be spending the winter rewiring and cleaning up the bay. Im going to mount the battery in the back and install a killswitch on the bumper. I think its time.
