Have fuel but only spark on plug 1

I am getting fuel to all but and spark to only plug 1. I have just done a 6bolt swap and the car has not started. I have COP. (dont have coil pack or wires to test momentarily). When I spin the CAS I hear the fuel pump come on and but only cylinder 1 sparks. Isnt 1 and 4 supposed to spark at the same time?

Well its exactly the way it was when I was running it on my 7bolt (its a 95). THe only thing I did was swap the wires before the plug (the two blue ones). Its what the wiki on dsmlink said.
