Have a problem with a new boost gauge

I just got the glowshift boost gauge tinted series hooked it u on my 2g 7bolt eclipse and when the gauge is on it reads -32 vacuum and when I turn it off it doesn't sit at 0 it sits at
-10 what the he'll is wrong

Do you have any ideas of why it's like that maybe I have to much vacuum pressure ?

Your gauge is bad. 30 inHg is a perfect vacuum. When its not running it should be at zero. You got a bad gauge.
