Has anyone seen the 3rd brake light do this?

My car has been like this sence I bought it, I think the girl who owned it before me was a complete moron. But has anyone seen the 3rd brake light break like this. Is there a way to fix this, other than just welding it back on?

what i like to use on my dsm is some good jb weld or duck tape/

it goes on the bottom of the rear window.

oh ok. i just wanted to know since i am missing something there. maybe someone knows the part # and we can order new ones depending on the cost

Mine did that. It cracks because it vibrates against the window due to space between the rubber bumpers on the plastic and the window. I just re angled it and used a torche and braizing rod
