Has anyone found a color match to the stock black?

ok, i have a 98 GST, the paint code is X13 i think, anyways, my front bumped is chipped like CRAZY from rocks and all...and i wanted to take it off any repaint it but i didnt want to pay a arm and a leg for the paint, has anyone found some black spray paint that is a exact color match or at least very close to identical?

Ok, im goign back to my tent now, and im going to pretend i didnt hear that come from you.


But if you are dead serious, you can go to a local paint shop, give them your engine code, and they will put it in a spray can for you.

black is black. you dont match black. it's just black.

If you're looking for a quick fix, just use some touch-up paint available at your local Mitsubishi dealer or the local body shop will mix some up for you. Don't however, ever try to rattle can your car for a permanent solution.

It's just the standard Mitsu black with clearcoat.

I think he thought you just wanted some wal-mart spray paint. Spray paint and car paint are two different things.
