Issues im having now:
-hard start in the morning or when the car hasn't been on for +5hours
-stutters and bogs until 3000rpm, then breaks lose and starts running alittle better but misfires a lot and cant go faster then 65km

-The car only had issues untill 3000rpm then would run fine, i replaced the tps and it was the same so i decided to adjust it and it got worse so i gotta redo it and double check the work and see if it gets better.

Things ive done so far:
-new spark plugs, gapped properly at .30
-new spark plug wires
-tested injectors, 390cc
-new fuel filter, 1 month old according to previous owner
-new power steering belt
-replaced intercooler (had major leak, helped a little)
-replaced TPS (used, helped a little more, not perfect tho)
-replaced CTS (used, made no difference in starting)
-removed the fuel line that goes to the rail (in front of the TPS), even hours after the car hasn't been running still had plenty of fuel in the line and rail so im assuming no fuel delivery or fuel pressure issues.
-tested alternator, seems fine. (removed the negative cables from the battery while the car was running, didn't shut off)

pulled codes off with a voltmeter buzzer:
13 - air intake temp. sensor
14 - throttle position sensor (replaced)
21 - engine coolant temp. sensor (replaced)
23 - crank angle sensor
25 - barometric pressure sensor

Question:
-Other then the CAS what can be causing the hard start and power loss at all rpms especially below 3000?

it starts fine when the car has been warmed up or recently running. only hard start in the morning, especially when its cold. last two days took forever to finally start and the battery nearly died after so much time spend turning it over (and leaving a interior light on over night)

car is a daily driver so fast reply's would be great.

thanks guys, cheers!

thanks for the reply, but im aware of this.

im just wondering what else it could be? ill be waiting for the CAS for another day so in the meantime id like to look over a few other things that could also cause it but im not sure what else can cause it.

Have you verified that the coolant temp sensor is working? that can cause hard starts in the morning or when its cold and make the car run really bad. Just a thought. I see you replaced it but how is the wiring to it? ive had more problems with the wiring there then the temp sensor itself.

they looked fine, actually didnt fully test it now that you mention it.

whats a good way of testing the sensor and the wires?
