OK just bought a hallman pro mbc, having some problems though. i cannot find anyone with similar problems. i have it hooked up with a vac line running from the j-pipe to the top nipple (input). the other vac line runs from the side nipple to the waste gate actuator. now for the problem. the boost levels are constantly the same. 4-7 or 8 psi depending on gear. no matter how far the knob is turned boost consistently stays the same. another factor i have is running a vac line cleanup or emissions delete. cold air intake with an atmospheric dump valve...1g BOV. from what ive seen i have it hooked up correctly.

Do you notice it actually screw down, can you hear the metal or ceramic ball inside when its turned all the way out, can you back off the nob all the way til you can see the screw?

I had a similar problem but my boost would skyrocket, because the nob was not properly glued to the screw so as much as i turned te knob nothing happened, i ended up getting a new one and examined it and realized how to fix the old one, back it all the way off and super glue it into the knob again but first take plyers and make sure the screw adjusts at all. If it does back it all the way off then glue. Hope that helps.

Recirculate the bov if you dont have speed density or a gm maf.
