It's spelled Hahn. It seems like the instructions are pretty hard to come by, but if you call/email them and ask them nicely if you can purchase another set of instructions I bet they might just give them to you. What do you mean "they are being less than helpful"? No response, or did they tell you they can't help you?
Maybe if you start by spelling their name correctly everything else will follow.
... sent them a message, they told me to fill out a form they had which i did but they said I didnt do it "correctly" cause spots on the form were left blank as I bought the unit used so some of the questions I couldnt answer, Then I call, no answer so I left a message and still no reply... but I got instructions so no worries
