Does anyone have the install instructions they can send or email me for the 420A? I bought mine off the classifieds and it did not come with instructions, and I emailed HAUN but they are being less than helpful.:notgood:

Maybe if you start by spelling their name correctly everything else will follow. LOL It's spelled Hahn. It seems like the instructions are pretty hard to come by, but if you call/email them and ask them nicely if you can purchase another set of instructions I bet they might just give them to you. What do you mean "they are being less than helpful"? No response, or did they tell you they can't help you?

Wow cant belive I didnt catch that, been here in Iraq too long... and it was like 2AM when I was typing that LOL... sent them a message, they told me to fill out a form they had which i did but they said I didnt do it "correctly" cause spots on the form were left blank as I bought the unit used so some of the questions I couldnt answer, Then I call, no answer so I left a message and still no reply... but I got instructions so no worries

P.S. If you notice in the title I did spell it right so thank you
