BTW, just to clarify my banjo bolt experiment earlier, I only drilled out the hole that goes across the shaft near the top of the bolt. The hole that runs down the length of the inside of bolt was already slightly bigger than 7/32", and since I didn't have my 1/4" bit, I decided not to mess with that part of it. Besides, there's not much room to "port" that length of the bolt and I was also afraid to do so in fear of weakening it.
