I Figured that was a better way of saying I have new pictures of my car.
Since I've been having bad traction issues at the drag strip I ordered a set of Hoosier DR's and decided to mount them on my Evo IX wheels. I had an old set of Enkei CP1 17x7.5 that I was using for a TV stand and decided I'd make them my DD wheels, I just had to refurbish them. I ran a poll in the Private Forums to decide between (3) colors which were matte black, gun metal, or bronze. Gun metal got the most votes, as you can see though I chose bronze anyway because I was tired of the dark colors and thought I'd go outside my comfort zone and do bronze. Here are the photos I took right outside of the Firestone I had mount them, if you look close you can see the Hoosiers in the back too and they look SICK. I'll get shots of them on the car when I make it to the track next...
I know there are scrapes on the bumper (someones going to mention it), a semi truck had the tread on its tire come off while I was behind it and that was the best I could do to move out of the way. I think the mud flap saved the side skirt and door, those things were worth their weight in gold because of it.
Look closely at the pictures, you'll notice something doesn't look right in one of them...
I know I'm missing my side markers too, I swap between my Talon and Eclipse bumper and the Talon keeps the side markers. Heres a picture of whats to come in the next week or so, depending on how the install goes using the Evo brake master cylinder.
