2G GSX Parts Pricing Info

Hey guys, When i bought my GSX i got it with 2 spare manual transmissions for it knowing i would need to swap the one thats in the car. Well i think i have found a stage 2 built trans for sale i would rather have. My question is how much would i charge and how to sell these 3 spares i will have? I know nothing about the 2 spares, but the one currently in the car does not have 4th gear. All 3 have transfer cases.

Your's are 2g's but I have bought 1g's in our area for $150 and included the transfer case also but they were both '90's. The transfer case's are light duty aluminum headed so they were just freebie's. Just my experiences here in KS. I found both of mine on CL.

Aren't the 1G aluminum T-case housings preferable to the 2Gs though? Because they are lighter? My cast iron one was broken on my 2G and I replaced it with the aluminum one, it works fine.

They interchange but the '90's are 22 spline instead of 23. The aluminum head allows the torque load to "push" the bearing out of the side cover and a brace isn't made for those models, even though they need it the most. I have a '90 Factory Recalled transfer case in my car and it is the revised iron head model but 22 spline. If I ever have to take my trans apart, I will replace the output shaft with a 23 spline unit (which I have), and be able to swap transfer cases in a matter of minutes since most are 23 spline and I must have 3 or 4 of them laying around, along with 2 or 3 aluminum ones.
