GST idle dropping and chugging while gear

My gst has started dropping idle while in gear and neutral. I have to feather the gas to keep the idle up or it feels like its gonna die. Drives great when its rolling though. could this be the idle control motor? I have a larger intake and front mount intercooler with aftermarket blow off and no cat.

You could have a vaccum leak somwhere. What spark plugs do you have and what cables? You should be running ngk. I had that problem and it was my spark plug cables that where garbage. I think they were bosch. Ngk man.

If you have a lot of boost leak could cause this as well. If the volume of air it not coming in through the maps sensor at a good pace the ecu will try to compensate.
