What is the purpose of the exhaust ground?
When I installed my 3in. I never reground it.... Should I??
Thanks :laser:

i thought the same thing as you when i was installing my downpipe on my 2g. i didnt connect the ground strap back and the next day had a cel. i would connect it back anyways though, the factory thought it needed to be there.

I am pretty sure the ground is there for the o2 sensor. Without it the signal might be a little erratic/noisy...although I don't think my car even came with one!
