Grind under wot

Lately I have been noticing a grind when I open up my laser. She shifts smooth with no grinds. It's just under power it sound maybe like a gear spinning? It is more of a high pitched grind but I cant pin point where. Also yeaterday i took it for a drive and i down shifted to sencond and it just lept making the grinding noise for a few seconds. It also does it if I am stopped and in neutral and rev it up which makes me think a gear. Any ideas??

I would check for metallic fluid in all three of the drivetrain thingies, and check for turbo shaft play, and go from there.
