Its been about a month since i replaced my rear rotors.
When I took it for a drive the first time, it was fine.
But one day, when i would press the brake, it would make this grinding noise from the back.
My rotors are drilled and slotted. Could it be that you need different type of brake pads to use those type or rotors? It seems like the brake pads are rubbing agasint the slotted lines and making those noise. It mite be wearing away my pads along with it.

Do you have all the shims properly installed?

If you installed the pads with missing or damaged shims, this may be a cause.

is it grinding on both sides or just one? if it's just one, usually the passenger side, check the parking brake shoes
