i hooked up my type s and did a boost leak test. i have the big nipple on the bov going to the intake manifold. on the small nipple, i have it going to the j-pipe. when the small nipple is disconnected, it's fine. when it is connected, however, it seems to leak a little. (discovered this while doing a boost leak test.) is this normal? will the bov run worse without the small nipple connected to anything? and what would i use, or where would i get something to cap of the nipple on the j-pipe if i just leave that connection out? thanks

It could be leaking from the flange. It can also be leaking due to the spring being set too soft. You can try adjusting the BOV to the harder setting.

it leaks out the recirc tube though, only when the little nipple is connected. doesnt leak anywhere else. is this normal?
