I tested it for air leak & it has small leakage aroud the adjuster-thread. This is brand new too. I put some teflon tapes around the thread but not a complete seal. Any ideas?

Well, I had for years and never put it on my car, yet. Due to me inadvertenly ordered 1G BOV UICP. I used vacuum gauge to test for leakage. I checked other users experience and it seems the same problem. My Type-S is original Greedy and not knock-offs. Got it from RRE long ago.

Btw, you got a "mean" looking FMIC. Do you have cooling problem. If not, how do you go about the cooling solution.

Sounds like the problem I had when I first installed it. I actually stripped out the adjustment screw while I was adjusting it. I ended up having to retap the hole and us a larger bolt with a nut on it. It is the same princible that the orginal screw has but it fixed the problem.
