Greddy E-manage for 4g64T?

I am looking for a way to tune my ECU without spending 700+ on a DSM link. I found the Greddy E-manage http://www.slowboyracing.com/more.php?id=1501& and for under $350 I thought it was reasonable. I am completing a low boost (6psi) turbo project on my spyder and wanted to know if anyone recommends this. Please give any information that you might know about it or other low cost suggestions would also be helpful. Thanks a lot.

I have a friend using E-Manage on his galant, 4g64t.
He seems content with it, and said he would use it again if he had a choice.
