greddy 2g gst cat back on 4g64

I've read several times but just looking for an absolute positive; I found a guy selling a greddy cay back exhaust from his 2g gst for 80$ plus shipping. I have a spyder with the 2.4. The cat back.will still bolt up and he hangers will line up properly right? I just have to have absolute confirmation before I send someone ~$100
How does this greddy system sound?
