gray wire that comes out of 2g infinity radio?

i have a stock infinity radio with the cd changer, but can not get it to play cds'. the radio just says " no cd".
i am trying to find out where the gray coaxial cable that comes out of the back of the radio goes to?. it plugs into the back of the head-unit right next to the antenna wire. it looks like another antenna wire, but i can not trace it any further than the passenger side quarter window without taking the whole side apart.

i believe that teh stock cd players cant play burnt cd's. try a regualr cd and see if it works

are you talking about the radio or the amp?

if it is the wire i am thinking of it is an antenna wire it runs to the passenger side of the car and up the "B" pillar to the back hatch. it is for cars with an antenna in the back hatch. usually you get a better reception with it unless the guy you bought the car from removed the rear tint with a razor blade and removed 90% of the rear defogger and antenna with it.
