Well, good news and bad news. I took it out for a spin. Normal driving it runs great. Cruises at 65 no sweat. However if you try to get much more than 6lbs of boost, it cuts out a cylinder. I am confident it is just ignition. The wires are crap and the plugs are old. Had the logger on it the whole time and there was no knock at all, so I don't think it was that.

It runs nice and strong otherwise. Just when it is under boost load, so it has to be ignition or worst case fuel.. If you lift up on the throttle right when it starts to cut out, it will stay at about 4-5 lbs of boost. The water injection kicks in right about there too, so the combination may be more than the ignition can handle.

What do you guys think.

Turn the water injection off and see what happens, also before you do anything else get some new plugs and wires, that may be your whole problem right there.
