no no no...the sfmu is not used in conjunction with ms. megasquirt raises/lowers fuel pressures by way of a 1:1 fpr (usually the aeromotive), which you have to purchase separately. as you said, do yourself and us a favor...get your idle problem fixed first, then make sure you read on here, 2gnt, and the megasquirt site and forum until your eyes bleed....and then some (like many of us have already done). when you're ready to take the dive, you'll know it. like josh said, don't worry bout those low numbers for now, we all know you're gonna put down some beefy hp when you get it all running right.

score!!!

another rookie turned pro, glad we didn't lose ya buddy :dsm:

don't worry, we're always here to answer ?'s.....but soon you'll be doing the answering too :thumb:

Hey Rameses, Brian at the shop was just talking about how he can build the megasquirt boxes now if you wanted to try that. That way you could buy the base model of everything and he could put it all together. He's doing one on a AE86 right now.

That's Bad-A Rand. Thanks for letting me know. I will have to swing by and talk w/ him about it. Or sometime when you are up there. I just took the car today to get the IAC system checked, compression check, and both upper ball joints replaced. I will definitely swing by and check your ride status and see what's up with that megasquirt. Thanks Rand. Much props. :thumb:
