an even better setup would be to get all of your basic routine maintenance done,
timing belt, tensioner, bs elimination, new accesory belts, plugs, wires, pcv valve, fuel filter.

then all of the parts that you listed...

that would be a bad ass starting setup IMHO.

Now would the change of plans still include the other stuff or are you just getting the 20g and so forth? If it is just substituting for the other stuff then you may want to consider a frount mount as the sidemount won't hold up for shit.

your deffinitly going to need a fmic. and with a 20g with those injectors i would recomend dsmlink and ditch the safc

Seriously get a front mount. You won't see the full potential of the E3 16G witht he stock sidemount much less the 20. Or go water injection .

Get a chip for the 650s. Either DSM Chips and fine tune with safc or DSMLink (highly recommended for the 20g setup). FIC 650s have a very different deadtime than stock and are huge compared to stock. So even if you get it to idle and run on light accel without fuel trim issues/annoyances then you'll be running on a much more aggressive timing map on a mid to full throttle pull.

You WILL overrun your stock maf on a hard pull with e3 at 20 psi and certainly the 20g. Expect a popped head gasket. I think DSMChips will let you run the 2g mas on a 1g setup. I know DSMlink will. DSMLink will also let you keep your 1g maf and hop over to a semi speed density setup when you reach overrun. Also, DSMLink should be comming out with direct connection to a 3 inch gm mas. Which 99.9999999999% of us will NEVER EVER outflow/overrun. You also need a logger if you're going to tune with a wideband. You can log with DSMLink. It comes with a the best logging software i've ever come across and it will accept input from outside sources like wideband o2s. So you will know exactly where your a/f is at specific rpms and airflows.

A chip is mandatory IMHO for a reliable setup. Go DSMLink and WBO2 for "selftuning" or DSMChips, etc. and SAFC with a bit of dyno time expenses.

I can only echo the recommendation for DSMLink as well. Best tuning tool on the market aside from a full-out standalone. SAFCs are for people who do things cheap. DSMLink is for those who want to do them right.

If you're planning on running 20psi, save up money for a metal headgasket and ARP headstuds for when your head lifts itself off the block. The stock studs stretch after a while.
