Good or bad reading on aem wideband

Ok so today I finally got a chance to work on my car and install my wideband. However I don't know what numbers I should be looking for. The wideband moves all over the 15. Something mark while at idle is that good or bad? Too rich ? Can someone give me info on understanding the wideband? I took a picture of it since I can't upload videos.

It should be around 14.5 & 14.7 at idle.. The higher the number the Leaner the A/F ratio is.

Yes, it is slightly lean

Hows that when I have a 255 fuel pump, 750cc injectors... I'm still running the stock afpr I'll be installing a B&M fpr tomorrow will that help?
