Good Breathable Seat Material

I need some breathable material. i heard suede is pretty good but it's a little pricey and maybe to delicate.

In my experience (I've cleaned many types of couches/recliners/drapes/carpets etc.) one of the best materials to keep clean or clean once dirty is microfiber. It's breathable and looks pretty nice and comes in many colors. Its hardy and shouldn't cost as much as suede. I'd go with microfiber but that's just my .02

Yes it’s rough.
We were working on the upholstery just a few days before he unexpectedly passed away. I haven’t touched it since. It’s in the same spot. But I will soon.
