It smells like something crawled all up in there and died (although it hasnt, I've checked) Anybody have an answer to this? ... Its not like a burning smell either, I thought it might have been because when I bought my car a week ago it needed the oil changed bad. PLEASE HELP!!!!

if its not the burning of the brakes you are smelling then maybe there is literally something that crawed in the engine compartment and died wouldn't be the first time i have seen it, i have found rats, birds, even yes a possem some customers are really weird. one time i found a ham and cheese sandwich on the intake manifold.

does it smell like wrotten eggs cuz maybe you need a cat and it smells realy bad when you get that sucker heated up

...it litterally smells like a rotting animal?
or does it maybe smell a tad bit more like burning clutch?

god awful smell is not good enough compare it to something if say it smells like like a fart then i would say stop farting in there. compare it cuz it may smell god aweful to you but to someone who knows the smell of cars it may not be god aweful to us

burning clutch thing is more funny LOL

but very possible scenario
maybe peddle needs adjustment man kid we need more info

Well...it depends on what "bad" smells like. When my car is driven hard, since I have an external wastegate, and the dump tube exits right below my engine, I get un-converted exhaust in the cabin every time unless the inside vents are closed and on recirc.
Although I enjoy the smell of virgin exhaust gasses. :thumb:
Does your wastegate dump the gases back into the exhaust or dump directly to the atmosphere? Just an idea.

Burning clutch smells REALLY ####ing bad, that would suck for you cause that means its on its way out, definetly not funny  ! Anyway try recirculating your vents and keep the windows up and see if the smell is less or not. If it is less then it probably is something burning. I doubt its a dead animal or old sandwich, etc, because he only smells it during hard driving. Maybe your cat is on the way out? (EDIT: just realized that could be taken two ways since were talking about animals, so I mean your CATalyic converter) ;)
