GM MAFT, and ECU+ questions

Im currently upgrading my car with a 2.4L and possibly a 60trim (along with other mods) and I am a bit confused in the GM MAFT and ECU+ areas.

Im really interested in the ECU + datalogger/airflowcontroller system, and I realize that if I go with a 60trim I will need to upgrade to the GM MAF. My question is:

Can I use the GM MAFT and the ECU+ system together or would I have to use just one? I was thinking, and couldnt I just use the GM MAF (no MAFT) and the ECU+ together?

You need the translator to run the MAF.
