If I switch to a GM MAF 3 inch in the upper inter pipe do i need an intake pipe? I seen people just put the filter element on the turbo inlet. I kinda like this idea but would would you do about the vacuum lines? Will this make the car run like crap?

If your talking about the two lines going in the side of the intake pipe, thoughs are for emissions, if your in an area where there not extreamly strict or like in my case dont give a damn if you have no exhaust at all  Get rid of it.

One is for the "coal" canister I think, and the other is from the valve cover.
