car never ran 10's
It definitely had the power, but Brad just didn't get enough seat time in it and couldn't get a clean pass - too much power. Last I knew he was trying to sell it to help pay for medical bills and such. Wish I still had my talon, I'd still be rocking my Wendy stickers today

I just read the whole thread and it teared my up a couple times, I wasn't even on tuners then and I felt a connection. I've lost 3 family members this year to cancer and my boss this last monday, I wish the Wendy stickers were still around I'd be honored to have a couple on all my cars.

I haven't seen toubaby2 around, is she still with us?

Brad did end up selling the car, I don't know who has it now. I'm still following through with the 10 second small turbo goal on my car. I ran a best of 12.4 @ 114.8 on the 14b FWD setup last year, this year I've been helping a friend set up a FWD auto 20g setup that may have a shot at 10s and I'll be putting an HTA68 on my car and converting back to AWD over the winter, so hopefully by next season we can get her that 10 second slip! Also, a member here ARFWD recently ran 11.3 @ 121 on his FWD 14b setup rocking a Wendy sticker on the back window:

My MobileMe gallery expired, I'll have to re-upload the pics somewhere and post the link. I do have a couple of each type of sticker left if anyone still wants one, shoot me a PM. Hard to believe it'll be 3 years in a couple weeks.

The above is correct. Brad got hit with a LOT of bills after Wendy passed, and never could click off the 10s pass. I haven't spoken to him in a while, though.

Yes, Sandra (toubaby2) is still around. I'm sorry I didn't respond to this earlier, as I didn't see it until today. We are still campaigning Wendy's Wings, Sandra's tribute car to Wendy. I'm making a few changes to the car, so we hope she'll be able to click off some 11.50's on the Big 16G. I'm here every day, so don't hesitate to ask me anything you want to know about Wendy's Wings' progess. We'll be racing her May 4-5 at Englishtown, New Jersey at the Sport Compact Spring Nationals in the 11.50 Index class. See you guys at the track!!!!

Yup still rocking the stickers. I think about this everytime I'm at the track. 10s on a small turbo fwd for Wendy. R.I.P.
