Getting rid of SAFC

Im getting rid of my SAFC and i wanted to know if my ECU will go back to factory settings, i wanted to know if the ECU will return to factory settings whenever i disconnect (unhook the wires) the SAFC. I want to get dsmlink and just have everything alil more at a convenience. Any help would be appreciated. thanks guys

The ecu is at stock if the safc is zereod out. Just keep it and use it to view stuff and zero it out and you will be fine.

Zero out the S-AFC and pull the negative battery terminal for 30 seconds... Or pull the S-AFC out and pull the negative battery terminal for 30 seconds.
