Joliet.. I almost miss that place, buuuuuutttttttt I'll be fine without bein there bwuahahahaha and DSM 4 lyfe, out here at Advance the brake clean is 1.99 Just went on sale out here beginning of December! Now, just using the brake cleaner what all were you able to clean? I can't really see the engine bay that well because of my crappy laptop. I got a few thigs I wanna clean and re paint in my engine bay, I just don't know of a good pain't scheme yet.

under the powersteering there is alot of buildup there, look above the manifold on the right side and the left side, those were easily cleaned, all the grease dirt and grime and some things on the trans i was able to clean, it worked great are you from illinois? im trying to get a little meet together around the joliet area there are to many honda guys.

I believe brake cleaner will remove paint if you aren't too careful.

when you get your head and pistons,make sure you let everyone know places to pick up parts.I'm in california and I am doing my car also.Like you I'm doing things myself!!

Well, im getting my head at a local shop and im getting ready to get it machined and check it out, i picked up my pistons from a local member and there evo 9 standard bore.

well i thought id let you know how mine is going so far

i got my rods and pistons at the machine shop right now getting switched out

i have the head almost all the way ported and polished i have two more intakes to do and one more on the exhaust manny all i gota do now is i am ordering valves and lifters tomorrow and i need a CAS which i am also ordering and a egr block off

i am from minooka i live in lasalle now
