What gear oil should i use or at least what weight should the gear oil have ?

a lot of people told me to use pennzoil synchromesh u can get it at autozone but i couldnt find any where i live so i order it from the oil store.com

for other people should i add the synchromesh with something else or use it straight out of the bottle?
