I have a 94 eagle tsi awd and wanted to know what weight/kind of trans fluid is the best to run in my talon.

Pennzoil Synchromesh.

I agree with the Syncromesh. A lot of people will say half that and half lukas, but the best ive found is just straight Syncromesh.

Pennzoil Synchromesh.

I used penzoil syncromesh in my car and it worked great. That was when I worked for jiffy lube. Now I cant find any. Jiffy quit carrying it and no else has it either. Im about to put another tranny in next weekend and Id like to go with the penzoil again. got any ideas on where to find some?

I work at autozone and we do have it in stock and it is 4.99 a quart

I dont belive that there are any Auto zones in the seattle area. I could be wrong

Go to a GM dealer and pick up their gear oil...its the same stuff...but more expensive.

BG syncromesh II is the best there is for our trans. My trans shifts like butter with it. Its all I will ever use. Its expesive though 15.00 a quart but is worth it

Better than Pennzoil? Have you tried both?

I was looking for the pennzoil all day....I am planning on replacing my axles tomorrow....I will have to give Autozone another try....I think there are a couple around me......
