If the 4g63 head on a g4cs yields a compression of 11:1 to 12:1, what is the exact head cc of the g4cs? 68cc?

I think you may have been misled. I've also read in the past, on certain webpages, that the DOHC head created a high CR on any 2.4L block. -Now the G4CS I'm not 100% certain of-, but I have since learned that the 4G64's stock SOHC head has exactly the same volume as the 4G63's DOHC head. I don't have a stock G4CS head to measure but I'd be surprised if it was anything other than the same 47cc that the others use.

it should yeild the same cr as the g4cs had before, the problem is the Sohc pistons dont have indentions for four valves, they just have two.

I know that all 2.4L SOHC 16-valve heads have a head cc of roughly 47. The 8-valve SOHC I'm not too sure of.
