I know that the G4CS engine came out of 89-92 Hyundai Sonata's but my question is did they only come in a 2.4L engine or in a 2.0L engine as well. I found a couple local sonata's and I just want to make sure before going to look at them.

Okay I was under the impression from what I have read that all 89-early 92 sonata's had the G4CS 2.4L 6 bolt engine. I found a running Hyundia Sonata near me so I called them up and asked if it had a 2.4L engine they said no that it had a 2.0L. So does this guy know what he is taking about or do not all Sonata's come with a 2.4L engine. By the way this car is in Canada if it makes any difference.

Yes, some Sonata's did have the 2.0L. Sometimes the 2.4's hard to find. I bet Don Polk will have one though.
