fwd clutch problems

okay car is 1990 gst list of parts new all oem except flywheel witch is autozone. Replaced clutch fork with new oem fork also replaced the pivot ball oem. Went as far as brand new master and slave. Tryed both stock and longer slave rods. Ran first with a act 2600 problems still. Then replaced with a oem clutch still the same problems.

The pedal for the clutch only has a couple inchs of use the rest of the pedal up top is sloppy. Have used the adjustment on the pedal and nothing is changing. Any ideas or tips about to bash my head in thanks for any advice.
 
u might need to adjust your master cylinder, i had same problem when i first got my master n slave replaced, i had to take it back n get it adjusted, works fine now, might just have to get air out of it, hope that helps,
