the other day my car seemed to be driving completely fine but later on that night when i went to start it up i heard a ticking noise coming from the fuse box under the hood. i decided to start it anyways but it acted like the battery was completly dead. ive tried jumping it and everything and it still dont start. i pulled the tail lamp relay and the ticking stopped. i tried putting a new relay in and it still ticks and i notice the relay gets real hot. i have no idea where to even start to look with this so any help would be appreciated. thanks

there is a big black fuse under the hood in the box its your main power fuse check there.
