On my sister 97 rs, I have the top one but not the lower one, I also don't have anything in the place for the fog light(fuse/relay).

Do your fans come on at all?

I am pretty sure if your fans don't come on, your car should over heat without a problem.

I'd give you complete diagrams from work, but i'm not there today. If you could wait till monday?..

The previous owners, probaly hardwire the fans, because they might have had over heating problems. I'll see if I can get you the diagram here in a few minutes.

My GS Has all of them...

There is a spare spot that I'm lucky I'm going to be able to use for my headlights. I had to hardwire my GSX's Fans cause I couldn't locate the problem as to why they weren't turning on.

If your car is a manual, than your ac fan acts as your hi-fan. You wont need those fuses / relays.

My car is missing those as well. Both fans work as they should. Last time I looked into this, one fan is for the radiator as the other fan is to cool the clutch / transmission and exhaust heat. Your rad fan lo is you low speed fan, and your ac fan functions as your high speed fan. So basically one fan is a hi speed fan and the other is a low speed fan. The other fuses / relays only make them dual speed fans.

If their not working at all, than replace the fuses, or swap them with another acc. like defiant mentioned to see if their bad.

guy!!! LOL.. i have an auto.. and those were suppose to have pins in there where behind is wired... those guys ghetto wired it.. soo one fan starts up right away when car is on.... i know for a fact ### there are missing crap in the fuse box...... i need wiring diagram.. for those two... colors.. and what are they connected too.. thanks..

No, look again. The normal fan is two-speed, and the AC fan is to help move the hot condenser air away. Nothing cools the clutch apart from it and the flywheel's own rotation.
