Fuel Pump troubles. Can't remove the damn fitting!!!! HELP!!!!

Holly Sh@t, this thing is driving me crazy . I can't get the damn thing off and it's DRIVING ME NUTS!!!! I already tried vice grips and whatever but just can't get it off

I'm talking about the feel line that extends to the bottom of the car. The 14mm nut keeps stripping away and I can't do anything about it.
What are my solutions? Did anyone else encounter this problem? If so, how did you deal with it?

i had that problem, whati di d is cut the line and when you're put it back together with a piece of hose and two clamps. Doesnt sound good but works.

are you trying to take off the top fitting or the one under the car?

This really is the best solution. For a future reference before you go to work on it soak the fitting in wd-40 or similar penetrating oil the night before and let it sit. Then use a line wrench to crack it loose the next day. This always works for me and that is coming from an experienced corvette mechanic, old corvettes always have frozen fuel/ brake lines. Sounds like you already stripped the fitting good so i would go with the above solution.
