2G Fuel Pump rewire

Well my cars fuel pump seems to whine on and off when i have my turn lights on, i read this my be the pump starving for current. I want to rewire my pump but don't know if i would need a whole kit or just some 10 gauge wire and some terminal ends.

Can someone please provide me with a parts list?
It would be most helpful if someone has a parts list from radio shack since that's where i will get my parts
