Fuel pump replacement question.

I'm not going to look it up for you since you can easily search it. But the fuel pressure from the NT to the turbo fuel pump may be different and I'm not sure if the stock FPR would be able to handle the difference or not.

My reasoning for this is the stock FPR can handle going from a stock fuel pump to a 190lph but not to a 255lph with out a aftermarket FPR. Although the 2g has less of a difference with it than a 1g. So being a 1g you might have to worry a little more than a 2g owner. So I wouldn't pay as much attention to a 2g guy who might say "I did it and it worked fine". Plus if they don't have a wideband they don't really know if it is working properly or not.

It shouldn't matter as it's the same hanger and and the FPR has a higher psi of 43psi (2g numbers) being a NT. If you want to play it safe then order the NT pump listed as NT.

Im doing a non-turbo to turbo conversion. As far as the fuel pumps, I LOOKED up the non-turbo part number and then the turbo part number and they are the same??? i wouldnt think that a non-turbo pump could pump as much fuel as a turbo pump but it is aft mkt. But i never thought about the stock regulator so im glad someone brang that up. Ok i just figured out that pump will support 275-300 hp ok.... so im good.

You'll need a different FPR when you go turbo IIRC manta because the stock NT regulator isnt a 1:1 regulator that increases with boost.

Exactly Idk why i didnt think if it sooner, im just getting stuff together and so far so good, How do you guys feel about a stock 2g divertor valve?
