Was wondering if anyone has done the high pressure hose and clamp mod for the fuel pump on a 2nd gen FWD? I’m talking about the mod that replaces the spacer, o-ring, and cap on the fuel pump with a correct sized high-pressure hose and hose clamps? So that I can make sure that the fuel pressure isn’t bleeding off past the cap and o-ring? I can’t see how it can be done on the 2nd gen FWD fuel pump hosing? Because the flare that is on the hosing doesn’t have enough tubing behind it to slide the hose over after cutting the flare to clamp down? Just wondering if anyone else has any ideas on how to make sure that the fuel pump to housing is sealing? Thanks
