OK so i just removed the engine to replace the balanceshafts and bottom end gaskets and seals. I also removed the emissions at the same time. Now i am having problems with the engine getting fuel on a cold start up. I have to spray starter fluid into at least 2 cylinders if not all for for it to start and have to hold the gas at 3k rpm for a little bit before it will run fine. After i do this it runs great and gets all the fuel it needs. I can even let it sit for a few hours and it will fire right up but if it sits overnight it just cranks. Why would it do this I'm thinking its something with the fuel pressure or something. I did the emissions removal according to the digrams i found in a post on here. any and all help is much appreciated thanks.

ok this afternoon i went to start it and it would it just cranks but i just kept trying at trying and if i turn the key for a sec or 2 u can hear maybe one cylinder fire but after that just cranking. well if i do this 1-2sec turn of the key eventually after a couple trys (5+) it will beging to fire some run for a few secconds then die after a few times of that it will run fine. I know i am always getting spark i checked that but i believe it has to do with fuel. whe i take the spark plug out after cranking it over i dont smell any gas. i need this fixed soon because i have to take this back to college with me, and i dont want to get stuck there with it not starting up.

check your coolant temp senor in the thermostat housing! also make sure the wires going to the sensor or not damaged or cut off! :dsm: :
