Do i gain any performance by installing one and setting pressure ?

Any sense of installing one ?

(sorry for the double post but realized that this was the right place)

It all depends on your mods. I run lean enough with mine that I need to up the fuel pressure. My car actually runs poorly now if I don't raise the fuel pressure a bit. If you're car is bone stock, don't bother with one. An AFPR should only be used if you notice that you're running way too lean which is usually the result of some other modifications to increase air flow.
