fuel pressure regulator (FPR) help?

Heyy guys I need to change my FPR but its kind of stuck. Its under the car and the car has sat for about a year now so its pertty rusted out. I cant heat it because of the gas and ive used more then enough pb blaster with no luck. Ive got some help off of facebook but Im just looking to see if anyone has any other ideas? Again its under the car and rusted really bad. Thanks for any and all help guys!

maybe try hitting with a hammer or might be able to cut it off while trying not to damage the threads. could be a tuff one
