I been looking at other engine bays and see that some people have the UFPR before the rail and other (stock) come after the fuel rail, does it really matter if I run it before or after the fuel rail?
 
Mind posting some pics of the type before the rail? AFAIK, most replacement AFPRs attach to the return side of the line.. stopping just enough to keep the PSI up, and circulating the rest, helping to prevent fuel starvation and larger dips in the line pressure.
