fuel pressure problem

I set my fuel lab fpr to 43.5 with the vacuum hose off. When I put it back on, the fp only went down to 40. Is that too high? I dont want to be running rich.

Im not sure how much it actually drops. Look around for boost or vaccuum leaks. Go for a drive and if it runs different than before the fp install than you know something is wrong.

That seems about normal. On my 1g I have my ECU compensating for higher Fuel Pressure. And with my fuel lab i set it at 43.5 with Vac line off, and when I put it on it drops to 40.

Seems normal to me.

Should be more like 34psi or about 9 psi less then you BFP most Fuel Pressure gauges are not vary actuate though
