So I put a turbo on a stock 420a in a 97 Eclipse. I installed a 12:1 fmu with a 255lph walbro pump and I'm running 8psi. Everything was working great for almost two weeks when I realized that I was starting to run rich. The AEM WB would read 10:1AFR and then at times it would just blink to indicate richer that 10:1. I didn't check this previously because the car has been running great but after my rich issue I checked my fuel pressure. It was 80-90psi at idle. Probably why I'm running rich. My question is why would this happen after almost two weeks? I removed the FMU and put everything to stock and still the same thing with the fuel pressure. I pulled the fpr and used compressed air. it started bypassing at 53psi. This seemed a little high??? no kinks in fuel lines. Has anyone had an issue like this before?
