im considering taking up 2 deals taht are currently on...the RNR exhaust is on sale for about 650 3" o2 housing eliminated...but extreme psi is doing the fuel kit for 620 (pump, injectors, AFC), which should i get? my mods are here: www.geocities.com/thegreathuskie/index.htm (dont mind the pics the mods are up to date)
i was going to order the RNR kit tomorrow but i saw the fuel thing and was like thats a great deal...so what would you do if you were me (if i get the fuel i would get a test pipe + cutout)

so basically which is it...exhaust or fuel setup

get the exhaust, you wont really get gains from a fuel upgrade until you have parts to give more fuel to. plus that really isnt that much of a deal it was like 250 for my AFC, 200 injectors, pump is like 100

Well, you seriously need both fuel and a better flowing exhaust. I think the fuel package is a better deal though and would suggest getting that first.

A free flowing exhaust will have you hitting fuel-cut even sooner, I'd get fuel system upgrades.

Get the Fuel setup and a test pipe. You can get both for the price of that Turbo-back. You could also look into a DIY dumped O2 housing that would help exhaust flow a lot and be easy on the budget.

your mod list says "just some stuff"....

the stock exhaust system is very restrictive, i noticed a huge gain when i opened mine up with some 3 inch. really you need both of them.. but id say exhaust first

why do you have so many pictures of a ford focus, i would have expected some pictures of you dsm:confused:

i would do exaust, and then do fuel before any other mods.

I think you should defintely get the fuel mods first. Better to err on the side of safety the to come close to questioning it. Also, if you do fuel now than you can get more out of the mods you already have with tuning and then tune every mod you get, allowing for maximum gains, from here on out. Just try and figure out what turbo you will want in the future and how fast you want to go so you can buy the proper injectors for them now and lean em out until then. Good luck bro.
Also, I highly recommend the 3inch turbo back system from Hahn Racecraft, that DP/o2 combo is second to none. Have heard nothing about their cat-back but if its like their other parts it will be nothing short of amazing.

defenitely getting a dre spec 50 trim...what about tuning my car though i dont have nor do i want a datalogger cuz im getting DSMlink in the future so it would be pointless to buy now...

most gratification from teh exhaust. I saw a write up tonight on importtuners, they got like 30hp from 3 inch exhaust and 6 hp from safc. Get the exhaust, then the fuel stuff.

On a stockish car, his is far from stock and he needs more fuel.

Personnally I would get the exhaust, but fuel is more important. Exhaust would give you a more noticable power increase alone.

looking at your mods list, it's kinda wierd that you need to ask. Seems like you really need both, but if these guys say you need fuel, you need fuel. If your not running too high of boost, or having any fuel cut issues (I havn't read all the posts sorry) then I would go with the exhaust, and hold off on the fuel until you get your big turbo.

With this statement I would get exhaust. You wil have all the tunning equipment you want but you will never know what it is doing. Plus if you have no idea what is going on then you sweet new motor might just end up an expensive paper weight. Just my .02
